The great wine of Château Rousseau de Sipian is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grape varieties from our best exposed plots. The grapes are harvested manually at their optimum maturity and then vinified in the sense and respect for the qualitative potential associated with each vintage. The wines are then aged in their entirety in oak barrels for a minimum duration of one year. After careful selection at the end of this aging, the lots are assembled and the wine thus finished is bottled.
