Nose
The aroma is, typical of Sauvignon Blanc, with the intense mixing floral and citrus notes.
Palate
On the palate, the attack is fleshy, the evolution is lively and invigorating.
Winemaking
Located between the Dordogne and Garonne rivers, the Entre-deux-Mers vineyard is renouned for its production of white wines. The harvest is carried out at daybreak to benefit from the coolness of the fruit, followed by a phase of skin maceration at low temperature, which allows the aromas of Sauvignon and Semillon to be concentrated.
The grapes are then pressed and the alcoholic fermentation starts slowly. The aging is very short with the bottling carried out in the Spring following the harvest.
Appearance
The colour is pale yellow with green reflections.
