Nose

Château Queyssard has aromas of fresh red fruit such as blackcurrant.

Palate

Highly oriented on the fruity character, it is a light and supple wine, characterized by a nice freshness.

Winemaking

Harvested at their maximum aromatic potential, the grapes are then vinified at low temperature to reveal all that potential. The pumping over is frequent at the start of fermentation, then slower in the second stage to gradually extract the tannins to obtain the perfect balance between fresh fruit and suppleness.

Appearance

Garnet in color.

Food Pairing

As an aperitif or with traditional cuisine it is a young wine to drink.
