Winemaking
In 2012, our family grew with the arrival of Dorianne, the 5th generation of the family, and the arrival of Nicolas on the vineyard. This cuvée produced by Nicolas gives a new impetus for Château Queyssard. 100% Sauvignon blanc and harvested slightly overripe, this cuvée is vinified in 300 litre oak barrels.
Aging lasts for a few months to reach optimal smoothness.
Appearance
The color is pale gold with sparkling reflections.
Food Pairing
Complex and aromatic, the Cuvée Dorianne can be aged in the bottle for a few years or be consumed young. Rich and concentrated, it is a wine to be enjoyed as an aperitif, or with white meats or cheeses.
