Harvest
Manual harvest.
Winemaking
Selection in the vineyard and after destalking. No crushing, bleeding after short maceration.
Fermentation at low temperature (18°C). No malolactic fermentation.
Appearance
This Estival de Lalaudey will wake up the gourmand side of yourself as soon as you will see its pink color with cherry reflections.
Food Pairing
Perfect with your summer meals, this wine will be enjoyed as aperitif, with grills, fishes and seafoods. We advise to serve it between 10 to 12°C.
