harvested by machine, with a green harvest in July and another selection on the vine beginning of September.

To consume with white meat or fish, goes very well with a spicy Indian (curry) , or Malaysian cooking or a nasi goreng . You can enjoy this wine with fried rice, pizzas, barbecues, couscous or paella, and we like drinking our clairet with a simple ham and butter sandwich.
