The grapes for this red wine from France are harvested exclusively by hand at the time of optimal ripeness.


Manual harvest in small boxes to preserve the condition of the fruit. Cold maceration for 4-5 days, followed by careful mixing and, if necessary, punching down and pumping over in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature.


Aging 12 months in French oak barrels, 50% new barrels and 50% 1 year barrels.


Sustained and brilliant garnet color with purple undertones.
