Winemaking
Manual harvest in small boxes to preserve the condition of the fruit. Cold maceration for 4-5 days, followed by careful mixing and, if necessary, punching down and pumping over in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature.
Aging
Aging 12 months in French oak barrels, 50% new barrels and 50% 1 year barrels.
Appearance
Sustained and brilliant garnet color with purple undertones.
