Growing Conditions

Full of suspense! After the beautiful winter season, the rain, combined with mild temperatures led us to fear an early growing cycle. Yet, the low temperatures in spring put things back in order. Then the risk of frost followed by heavy rains just before summer reignited our concerns. But the weather conditions between June and September : heat, drought, and some refreshing showers helped produce ripe and aromatic fruits thanks to the cooler summer nights
