Growing Conditions

High temperatures and lack of water characterize the start of this vintage which induced an early cycle and potentially good yield which made the impact on the April frosts even worse. Yet, where the vines were left untouched a new cycle started under more favorable conditions. In the end, we managed to harvest fruits with good maturity levels and a very pleasant aromatic spectrum.

Aging

12 months in barrels : 40% new, 60% one-year old and 12 months in vats
