Palate
The deep garnet-purple colored 2018 George 7 gives up notes of prunes, baked blackberries and dried mulberries with touches of hoisin and licorice. Full and voluptuously fruited, with a plush frame, it has just enough freshness and a spicy finish.

Fermented in 500l French oak barrels
Aging
Aged in French oak barrels for 18 months, 30% new oak.
Appearance
Deep ruby red.
