Nose of blackberry, blueberry, black cherry, with slightly peppery notes.
The body is finely balanced between structure and elegance. Tannins are smooth and the oak barrelling effect is very discreet, mostly used for texture.
Minimum 12 months in stainless steel vats and 12 months in 3 y.o. French oak barrels.
Shiny ruby red colour with purple hues.
Pairs best with white meats, pasta, risotto or tuna steak.
