A very fruity nose full of freshness on a perfume of white peach and exotic fruits
and exotic fruits, citrus aromas, and slightly smoky notes. In the mouth, we find
the fruit and freshness of the sauvignon which brings vivacity and pep and the balance is
balance is provided by the Semillon, picked up very ripe, which brings fatness and fullness.


Harvested and pressed, then cold settled and vinified in stainless steel tanks. Aged on lees for 6 months before bottling.
