Nose
Open and charming nose with notes of strawberry and black fruits, and hint of spices.
Palate
In the mouth, smooth tannins with a lot of freshness , well- balanced wine with and a very fruity profile.
Growing Conditions
2020 was a fairly complex year in terms of climate, cold and rainy spring at first, then tropical in late spring and early summer, managing mildew was a constant struggle. The summer was very hot with a beautiful sunshine which allowed a very good concentration of tannins. All the same, we had to be vigilant with the balance of the wines to keep a dazzling fruitiness and avoid too much heaviness in the mouth.
