Growing Conditions

0.6 hectares managed with traditional methods as Guyot Double pruning, debudding, desuckering, deleafing, green harvest, yield control

Soil: Clay and limestone with some plots of gravels

Bottling

Bottling in January 2020.

Winemaking

50% of the rose are made with a bleeding (saignée) of our best vats and 50% are made by press of Cabernet Sauvignon.

Aging

100% in vats to preserve the freshness and the fruit.

Appearance

Le Rosé du Taillan has a nice color of pink candy.
