We love its roundness, as well as its freshness in the mouth.

Growing Conditions

0.6 hectares managed with traditional methods as Guyot Double pruning, debudding, desuckering, deleafing, green harvest, yield control Soil: Clay and limestone with some plots of gravels

Bottling

Bottling in January 2020.

Winemaking

50% of the rose are made with a bleeding (saignée) of our best vats and 50% are made by press of Cabernet Sauvignon.

Aging

100% in vats to preserve the freshness and the fruit.

Appearance

Le Rosé du Taillan has a nice color of pink candy.
