Le Pélican rouge is a 100% Merlot cuvée. It is a very charming wine , easy to drink young. It is full of fruit and has been aged in a big wooden tank.

The Pélican Blanc is a Bordeaux Blanc white wine. The vines are planted on a very calc soil so the wine is very mineral and fruity.

The Château Doyac 2018 is organic certified and in conversion towards biodynamic, Demeter. This wine has been aged in barrels and amphorae. It is elegant and fine, full of fruit and complexity. The best period for drinking this vintage is from now until 2028.
