Soil is clayey and limoneous.
Cultural methods: The entire works of the soil and the vines are done manually as no engine can penetrate between the raws. Two cluster thinnings (one at the closure of the grape, Yield 2018: 39hl/ha and one at the beginning of veraison). Leaves thinned at both side.
