Dominique Haverlan has rebuilt an entire estate and replanted vines with his own hands on more than 25 hectares. The story is beautiful even if the construction was pharaonic. In summer, the thin and dry soils of the gravelly terroir force the vines to give their best. The result, vintage after vintage, is magnificent. A beautiful pale yellow color, a dense and complex nose with notes of citrus and white flowers. On the palate the aromas of menthol and basil seduce. It is a charming wine with a lot of volume and balance. Slightly toasted, this gourmet wine goes very well with grilled fish.
