Winemaking

Traditionnal vinification in thermo regulated tanks and ageing in concrete tanks for 12 month.

Aging

Enjoyable on release or 3 to 5 years careful cellaring

Ideal with grilled lamb, beef or duck. It will also be enhanced by game birds and hard cheeses.
