Winemaking

Coming from a strict plot selection (Vieilles Vignes), the harvest is vinified in a traditional manner in thermoregulated vats with regular pumping over to obtain an aromatic concentration and a deep robe. After the alcoholic fermentations, the wines are held at 20 ° in order to quickly make the malolactic fermentations.

Aging

The «under wood» breeding is about 9 months to give an optimal expression of the soil. Enjoyable on release or 3 to 5 years careful cellaring.

Appearance

Beautiful ruby red robe with a constant intensity.
