Vinification at low temperature after a direct pressing and a delicate settling. Then the alcoholic fermentation is stopped before all the sugars are transformed into alcohol.
Enjoyable on release.
Yellow golden color.
Will be appreciated both as an aperitif and with foie gras, sweet and sour cuisine, desserts made with fresh fruit or chocolate.
