It is one of the very rare white wines from Côtes de Bourg, aged 4 months in lined concrete vats and barrels, with stirring of the lees every weeks.

It is a cuvée extracted from the vines that Christophe CHETY acquired in 1999. It is the rebirth of a small vintage by its size but of great notoriety. This wine is aged 80% in French oak barrels. It has exceptional maturity and complexity. It will develop great aromas of aging.

It is the emblematic cuvée of our family, harmonious and balanced, aged 12 months in French oak barrels.

We aged this wine for 408 days in 140 liters clay "Amphorae" turned by hand in the south of France. The choice of this aging process is the love of the clay pottery that was transmitted to us by our mother. The natural origin of the material and the neutrality of the terracotta respects the purity of the fruit and the expression of the terroir and finally an extremely natural aging process without any "violence".
