Palate
Thanks to its blend, this vintage offers a beautiful palette of red fruits, fine tannins, and a long finish.
Growing Conditions
Plot 784 is located on predominantly clay-loam soil where the vines have been cultivated organically since 2017.
The same care is taken on these small plots as on the rest of the vineyard. After the harvest, green manure
is sown and then the soil is worked in the fall under the feet, " shoeing ". In the spring, the feet are loosened to remove the excess and the established grass. Double Guyot pruning is carried out by the château team . All green work helps shape the vines to optimize and regulate their growth. The harvest takes place between the end of September and the beginning of October, without sulfites. The harvest is mechanical followed by manual sorting on a sorting table.

Food Pairing
