Controlling yields, traditional vinification associated with cutting-edge techniques give this wine all the nobility of a wine to keep. Aged undergrowth, this wine presents fine and elegant tannins. Its color is ruby, its aromas of red fruits and vanilla blend subtly with a woody note. Will go well with: Red meats, grilled meats, cheeses with character.
