Growing Conditions
Long certified "Responsible Agriculture," the property took a more decisive turn in 2015 in its respect for its terroir by stopping all chemical weeding. Today, soil cultivation aims to adapt to the specific conditions of each plot and each vintage: natural grass cover or sowing of cereals or legumes between the rows, working the soil and the cavaillons. We no longer use synthetic insecticides. We seek to strengthen the vine's natural defenses by using organic control products made from natural materials. Our soils are enriched by sowing green manure or by adding organic amendments. An organic conversion plan has been established, and the property will be certified Organic Agriculture in 2022. Our organic commitment, reinforced by biodynamic practices, is rooted in a philosophy resolutely focused on the environmental protection in the broadest sense. We also pay particular attention to promoting flora and fauna biodiversity through the planting of hedges, sustainable mowing management, and the installation of beehives. Since 2018, we have met the requirements of ISO 14001, following our commitment to the EMS (Environmental Standard for the Protection of the Environment). We are also certified High Environmental Value Level 3.

Winemaking
In the winery, we've been working for several years to reduce our sulfur levels. The development of this cuvée is part of this approach. To achieve this, we identified and selected certain young plots from the Siaurac terroir which, each year, surprise us with the wine they produce: a beautifully pure aromatic profile, combining dark fruits and spicy freshness.
