Growing Conditions
Pulpa is the result of a blend of two separate plots of the Château Siaurac vineyard, planted in 2009 on predominantly sandy-clay soils. One plot of Merlot and the other of Malbec.

Winemaking
Harvested by hand, vinified separately and without any added sulfur.
In the winery, we've been working for several years to reduce our sulfur levels. The development of this cuvée is part of this approach. To achieve this, we identified and selected certain young plots from the Siaurac terroir, which surprise us every year with the wine they produce.
