Black cherries and spices characterize this full, juicy wine, with a consistent texture that makes you want to bite into it. It's very generous and beautifully balanced.
The blend of Siaurac 2016 is typically right bank with 74% Merlot, 19% Cabernet-franc, 9% Malbec, the average age of the vines is 33 years We opted for a 14-month ageing period, with 40% of the wine produced in barrels, 50% in concrete vats and 10% in amphorae, to achieve an optimum balance that allows the terroir to express itself with fruit, lovely mellow tannins and a structure that will age and be drunk young too. Jean-Claude BERROUET's tasting : Fresh tannins, notes of peppermint, very original mineral character, a wine that is sure to keep for a very long time for very long cellaring.
Bordeayx right bank Blend : 75 % merlot, 20 % cabernet-franc, 5% Malbec Focused to keep to fruitiness, aged in concrete tanks for 9 months. Tasting notes : Light on the palate with a juicy freshness – To keep : 7 years
