A brief history
Our wine estate is a beautiful story of family passion, where the love of red wine has been passed down from generation to generation since the 20th century.
Today, the MARTIN family is writing the history of the property and perpetuating this passion for viticulture and this historical heritage.
Located in the commune of Saint-Sauveur, in the heart of Haut-Médoc, attached to the Pauillac appellation, our family vineyard is spread over two plot sites: “Lescarjean” and “Labrousse”.
Château Rollin is above all a story of passion, the passion of a family of winegrowers who pass on knowledge and experience from generation to generation ...
Knowing how to combine traditional know-how and modern winemaking techniques, we have specialized as winegrowers in the development of an exceptional wine.
Our family property of 17 ha is the result of a merger of two families from Saint-Sauveur: the MARTIN family and the TIFFON family, winemakers for 4 generations and founding members of the Canterayne Cooperative Cellar .
Independent since the succession, today four brothers and sisters as well as their children share the same values and the vineyard : Alain, helped by Julien, is in the management of the vineyard, Guillaume takes care of the winemaking , of production and logistics, André is in charge of marketing and Sylvette manages the administrative part.
