Château Reverdi
A brief history
Our family estate was created in 1953 by Georges THOMAS, our grandfather. he buys Château REVERDI and its 3 hectares of vines.
For his part, Georges THOMAS 'brother, Roger, also has his small vineyard in Listrac: Château l'ERMITAGE.
In 1981, Christian, son of Georges, took over Château REVERDI with his wife Danielle. In 1995, they decided to take over the Château l'ERMITAGE vineyard. Until 2003, they restructured the vineyard and invested in production tools. The vineyard now has 32 hectares.
Numerous developments are thus emerging with an 800m2 barrel cellar and a tasting room. Audrey and Mathieu THOMAS, brother and sister, take over the vineyard in the 2000s. Mathieu Huguet, consultant oenologist, works on the estate.
In 2011, Château REVERDI was recognized as Best of Wine Tourism for the quality of its wine tourism offer.
From the 2018 vintage, Château REVERDI is recognized Cru Bourgeois Supérieur.
