" By harvesting early in the morning, we obtain white wines with explosive and crisp aromas of fresh fruits. This is what drives our daily work as winemakers, as well as our attention to detail, in order to find the best balance between freshness and sweetness! You will particularly appreciate this wine as an aperitif, with seafood or fish dishes! It can be festive on occasion, and is best drunk chilled! "
