Nose
After swirling the wine, the nose appears aromas of black fruits, liquorice and vanilla.
Palate
The mouth is a mixture of elegance and powerful body with subtle aromas of cherry and coffee. At the end you can feel the smooth and gentle tannins.
Growing Conditions
With the dry end of summer and the nice weather in October, it was easy to wait for the optimal maturity of each vine parcel. With good grapes we were on the right way to make a great wine.
Soil :Clayey-calcareous. Natural draining because the slope position.
Aging
Around 15 months in high reputation french oak barrels of 300 liters. 80% new.
Appearance
Deep red color.
