Nose

This wine is juicy with delicious floral, white cherry, peach and citrus notes gliding along.

Palate

Carried by well-embedded acidity and a nice freshness. Focused and pure.

Growing Conditions

The warm and dry summer meant any vegetal aromas were completely eradicated and the positive hydric stress ensured the thickening of the grape skins along with an excellent maturation in the pips.

The rainfall, close to averages in September, allowed each grape variety to reach optimum ripeness whilst preserving a nice freshness.

Harvest

From 19th to 27th September 2017

Appearance

A flattering rosé in a Provence colour style.
