Nose

A wide array of aromas with floral, fruity notes.

Palate

Elegant and refined with a good tannic structure. An intense, refined wine with a rich variety of flavours, structured tannins and the characteristic complexity of its appellation.

Winemaking

A first sorting in the vineyard; then a second sorting on vibrating sorting tables. Transfer of berries to 25 to 90-hectolitre stainless steel and concrete vats by gravity-flow. A pre-fermentation cold soak at 8°C. Completely manual pigeages.
​Maceration time: 30 days. The wine is run off directly into barrels by gravity-flow. Malo-lactic fermentation in barrel and vat.

Aging

16 months’ ageing in barrel.

Appearance

A dark hue.
