Nose
the aromas are fruity, supported by a lot of freshness.
Palate
the attack is soft and tasty, the mid-palate is round, it develops aromas of dark berry and blueberry and the final is a fine structure and soft tannins.
Harvest
The year 2012 is a rather late vintage. Harvesting began on october 7 for the Merlots. The harvest is mechanical at optimum ripeness of each plot. The work done is traditional but with oenological and advanced technical means. The sort of the grapes in the winery’s manual.
