Palate

The wine caresses the palate, generous, concentrated, yet delicate, and fresh as a daisy. Flavoursome, mineral notes define the lengthy finish. A remarkably balanced wine!

Winemaking

Malolactic fermentation partially in barrels.

Aging

Ageing 12 to 14 months in oak barrels (33% of which are new) on fine lees.

Appearance

Dark in appearance, with crimson glints.
