Nose
The nose echoes the typical limestone terroir of La Garde sauvignon, fresh and mineral, exuding citrus fruit notes.
Palate
Direct on the palate from the outset, concentrated, revealing freshness, fruit and floral notes in perfect balance. Vibrant acidity lengthens the finish, underscored by glorious minerality.
Harvest
Harvest: manual picking in small crates, plot by plot, in the morning when temperatures are cooler.
Winemaking
12 hours storage in a cold room before pressing the grapes inert gas (to preserve freshness). Alcoholic fermentation in oak barrels. 5% new, and in oak vats.
Aging
Ageing in the same oak barrels and oak vats, on fine lees during 8 months. Stirring of the lees.
Appearance
Attractive, pale straw, flashed with pale green.
