A brief history
Mélanie and Thomas welcome you to this 19th-century wine estate, which was taken over in 2015 and has since been completely restructured. The wine is grown using certified organic farming methods, and the winemaking process is carried out using biodynamic methods: hand-harvested, gravity-fed cellar, indigenous yeasts, and aging in amphora and barrels.
