Palate
l'Arrosees 2005 displays elegance and finesse, with sweet black cherry and blackcurrant fruit, hints of minerality and earth, but soft tannin, a lush, medium-bodied style, and impressive concentration, purity and overall texture.
Growing Conditions
The vineyard is located on the western section of the St-Emilion `côtes`.
Bottling
Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Winemaking
The grapes are hand-harvested before being fermented in temperature-controlled concrete vats.
Aging
The wine is then matured in 100% new oak casks for 12 months.
