Growing Conditions
After a fairly mild spring, the 2015 vintage presented itself as soon as the spring came out as a superb vintage. The year has been the hottest and sunniest in our territory since the beginning of the weather statistics. More sunny than 1947 or 1921. Fortunately, the abundant winter rains have created sufficient reserves to prevent the vines from suffering too much during a very hot summer, probably the hottest in history. The rains harmoniously alternated with the sunshine in September.
Winemaking
All the grapes were able to achieve a very high richness in natural sugar and above all an optimum maturity. A perfect sanitary condition, balanced pH and ideally ripe skins that's why we can talk about 2015 as an exceptional vintage.
