Growing Conditions
The 35-year-old vines are planted on clay-limestone soil, on the hillside, thus promoting the ripeness of the berries.
Surface area: 0.40 ha.
he planting density is approximately 4,500 plants per hectare. We work our soils mechanically and have been practicing sustainable agriculture on the property since 1990. We carry out short pruning in order to reduce our yields and obtain the best quality for our berries.
Harvest
50 hectolitres/hectare.
Winemaking
The harvest is carried out at optimal maturity with sorting upon arrival at the winery and subsequent vinification under controlled temperature.
Aging
Aging is done in new French oak barrels and on lees for nearly 11 month
