Vincent Boivert took over this property in 1995. The vineyard, aged about twenty years, is conducted in a traditional way. Raised in new vats and barrels, the first vintage developed by Vincent has been noticed by many publications (Le Point, Cuisine et Vins de France, Vins et Vignobles in France).
Since then, the wines of Château Fontis have continued to arouse the praise and desires of enlightened amateurs.
