Palate

It’s medium-to full bodied. In the mouth the wine is elegant and of good density. It has fine, perfectly integrated tannins and a precise, straight structure.
The palate is round and smooth, quite dense with velvety tannins.

Growing Conditions

After a rainy spring that caused shatter and millerandage, came an early heatwave at the end of June that quickly made the vines suffer. Therefore, the maturation was heterogeneous. A true winemaker’s year, when observation and know-how enabled to take the right decisions. We first harvest the merlots then the cabernets almost with no interruption.
