Nose

Very nice aromatic intensity. An elegant and ripe nose.

Growing Conditions

The soils are sandy-gravelous over a thickness of about one meter and the subsoil is composed of a deep clay horizon. This combination forms a terroir particularly suitable for the cultivation of quality vines. Indeed, the surface soil, low in mineral elements, allows slow growth of the vine, while the subsoil ensures a regular water supply. Planting densities vary from 10,000 feet/ha (space between feet and rows of 1 meter) for the oldest vines to 6,600 feet/ha (space between feet of 1 meter and spacing between rows of 1.5 meters) for new plantations.
