It is on this small piece of land that I wanted to draw a few barrels per year, vinified separately in a small vat and aged on lees for 16 to 18 months with new French oak. If the vintage justifies it, I enhance the blend with Cabernet Sauvignon and/or Petit Verdot.

This is the heart of the property, the vineyards near the hamlet of the same name. On a plot of Merlot, one area caught my attention because the grapes grow there without excess, the vines suffer just enough, and there's no need for much pruning or cutting green bunches.
