A brief history
CHÂTEAU DE GOËLANE boasts a terroir of magnificent chalky clay slopes, located at the very heart of the Entre-Deux-Mers region, not far from the village of Créon. This fine terroir brings out the quintessence of the estate’s Merlot, Cabernet-Sauvignon and Petit Verdot varietals. Château Goëlane stands out for the purity and expressiveness of its wine, the result of substantial investment on the part of the Castel family. Vibrant and modern, Goëlane forgoes barrel-aging, favouring the purest expression of the fruit.
