Nose

The nose, frank, powerful and elegant, releases aromas of grilled dried fruits, then mineral and smoky notes, but also citrus fruits.

Palate

The mouth is ample and fleshy, with freshness and volume. The finish is long and tasty, with fruity and woody notes.

The harvest started at the beginning of September and lasted 2 days for the picking of this vintage.

Winemaking

Pneumatic pressing. Vinification in barrels (50% new and 50% of 1 wine) and maturation for 6 months with daily stirring.

Appearance

Very nice yellow color with transparent, clear and brilliant reflections.
