Nose

Palate

The mouth is full-bodied, supple and balanced, with silky tannins and fruity notes on the finish.

Harvest

Harvesting began in mid-September and lasted 15 days for the picking of this vintage.

Winemaking

Traditional vinification in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks. Pumping over twice a day during the alcoholic fermentation.

VINIFICATION TEMPERATURE 24-26°C TO EXTRACT FRUIT AND TANNIN.

Aging

Aged 50% in oak barrels, 50% in stainless steel tanks for 12 months.

Appearance

Nice garnet color, with bright and clear pink reflections.
