A brief history
At the gates of Saint-Estèphe, Château Croix du Trale is a 22 hectare family farm located in the town of Saint-Seurin de Cadourne, in the heart of Haut-Médoc.
We work as a family on sustainable agriculture with AREA certification (Agriculture Respecting the Environment in Aquitaine) and HVE level 3 certification (High Environmental Value).
Today we pass on our passion to our two daughters Laurie and Chloé, who are already two passionate people.
The grape variety remains noble with 50% Merlot and 50% Cabernet-Sauvignon. The vinification is done in stainless steel vats. The aging of our wine in oak barrels for 12 months allows us to develop wines with great aging potential.
