Château Cap de Mourlin
A brief history
Château Cap de Mourlin is one of the oldest properties in Saint-Emilion. The Capdemourlin family has been present since the 16th century and gave its name to the property. Thirteen generations follow one another to share this passion for wine and pass on knowledge.
Today, Jacques Capdemourlin and his two sons manage this historical heritage passed down from generation to generation. Jacques invested both in the cellar and in the vines, rehabilitating the property and then developing the winemaking activity of the estate. Numerous projects have been carried out, in particular the reconstruction of the cellar allowing an improvement in technologies for winemaking and a wine tourism space dedicated to this property should be created in 2022.
